Here are some photos of work that don't quite fit into the other categories.

Replacing rotted dormer trim with pvc trim and adding gutters.

We replaced the rotting wood on the dormers with pvc trim. We caulked and painted to match the rest of the house. We also added gutters to help move water away from the facia.

New deck, new siding , new door wall

This client wanted a sliding door off his bedroom with a porch so he could have a hot tub. We also resided the house and trimmed out the windows and doors.

Window Replacement

We replaced 4 of these basement windows and the client ended up likening the exposed brock look. We left it and he painted it to give it the desired finish.

Floor replacement

We replaced all the floor in this AirBNB

in Traverse city. The house was about 2,600 sqft. We replaced the old carpet with wood plank flooring.
